On Wednesday 1 March 2023, we are hosting a special event on the AI revolution.
We are incredibly excited to have Sarah Drummond (director of School of Good Services, filmmaker of Section 28, and co-founder of Snook) speak about the potential changes that are coming. Read her recent essay for an overview of the issues and this blog post for some service design use cases.
