On 3 February 2021 at 6pm, at the suggestion of one of our attendees, we hosted a set of short talks on mental health.
Do you suffer from imposter syndrome? Are you overwhelmed by life under lockdown? Let’s help each other get through this with short talks on mental health.
We had 6 speakers — Anne Dhir, Steph Dunn, Ian Crawford, Kat Husbands, Gem Hill, and Laura Gonzalez — talking about a range of subjects including neurodiversity, self-care, happiness, imposter syndrome, breathing techniques, and the mental health of design teams. We also hosted breakout rooms to allow people to discuss what interests them in smaller groups.
If you enjoyed the evening please consider donating to SAMH.

Some people asked for self-assessment resources, here are two links, but if you need an assessment then it’s best to see you GP. The value of online tests is debatable.
